Office Assistant 1 Person (Beijing)

Position:Office Assistant 1 Person 

Location: Beijing

Report to: GM Executive Assistant

Core Responsibilities:

1. Conference, appointment arrangement and meeting minutes

2. Business travel arrangement for department

3. Team activity organization

4. Coordinate and arrange for visitor coming on accommodation, visa

5. Consolidate and edit report and presentation

6. Documentation management, such as EPF, SOP, leave record, approval paper, etc.

7. Company contract management

8. Office supplies ordering and management

9. Coordinate the cross function team/ department

10. Projects coordination and liaison

11. Mail or file translation

Required Experience:

1. At least 2 years’ assistant experience in JV company or similar

2. Multiple experience in Admin is preferred 

Required Qualifications:

1. University degree, major in English, TEM8, or CATTI(全国翻译证书二级) 2nd Level or above, or has the experience of overseas study with English as major language.

2. Skillful computer operation in MS Office

3. Contract and legal sense is preferred

English Requirement:

Good oral English and excellent written English

Above 24 years old
